Ensuring the operational capability of our production systems and machines, Professional execution of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and servicing tasks, Analysing malfunctions and troubleshooting on our production systems and machines.
Ensuring compliance with existing processes, Supporting the warehouse manager in the areas of Incoming goods, incoming goods inspection, warehouse, picking, internal logistics and shipping, Inventory monitoring and optimization of stock levels.
Link between the customer, the sales department and Gurtec GmbH with all associated departments, Collaboration in all sales tasks of the company for the sales department, Independent preparation of quotations and their seamless tracking in SAP, Active coordination of deadlines with customers, Creation of order confirmations and consistent tracking of order processing in SAP, Supporting our customers through proactive communication and needs assessment, Close communication with all areas of the company.
Technical support sales/contact person (m/f/d) for customers, sales, and technology, Technical design of rollers and drums, Creation of technical drawings (use of common CAD tools, for example AutoCAD (2D), CATIA and/or Fusion 360 (3D)) -In-house, Creation of technical documentation, Product maintenance + further development + standardization of product portfolio, Expansion – test bench (QA – test equipment).
